Jumping Giraffe accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We cannot resend forgotten passwords, we can only reset them.

We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, with additional attention to securing email addresses.

Protecting your email address is very important to us, therefore, we have gone to great lengths to ensure it is as secure as we possibly can make it.

This includes:

  • Using the latest encryption algorithms
  • Email addresses are split up and spread over several servers in several countries upon registration
  • Email addresses are not stored as one whole address at the same location

When payments are processed via credit card, Jumping Giraffe uses payment processing provider Stripe (Stripe’s Privacy Policy) to manage all payment transactions. At no point does Jumping Giraffe have access to credit card information.

 

Third Party Sites

The Service may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Site. These other websites are not under Jumping Giraffe control.
